In addition to normal continously heated wood-burning sauna stove, an exceptionally large heat storing sauna stove (one time heated) in large, more than 15-square-meter saun. Due to 2000 kg total weight, this sauna stove offers almost endless steam to the sauna. 58 km to the north from Savonlinna, lake Ruunavesi 15 m (length 10 km, width 800 m), part of the lake Saimaa, hard, gently deepening gravel bottom, pier and rowing boat. Water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 meters. Wooden villa 2022 (89 m²), large living room/kitchen, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds. Utility room/dressing room, WC, shower and sauna. Access via covered terrace. In a separate outbuilding (40 m²) used all year round: bedroom 3: double bed, bedroom 4: double bed, bedroom 5: 2 beds. In winter, for reservations containing 2-8 people, the owner asks you to inform in advance how many of the three bedrooms of the outbuilding you want to use in addition to the two bedrooms of the main villa, thank you. This applies to bookings made 30.9.22 onwards. The destination also has own hot tub and large covered terrace. There are stairs leading from the terrace to the pier; easy access for sunbathing. You can heat the hot tub yourself. If agreed separately, the owner can carry out the heating. The hot tub is in use all year round. Lean-to shelter with outdoor kitchen. Wood shed, composting toilet. A maximum of 2 pets allowed, additional pet fee. Kesäranta is a high-quality rental villa with nice views of lake Saimaa (Ruunavesi). There is a steep slope to the beach. Thanks to the stable stairs, access to the beach is safe. The same owner has rental cabins 7588, 7589 and 15225 within 120 - 180 meter distance. The owner has the right to collect a security deposit of 300e (compensation for damages). Outboard motors (4hp) for rowing boats and separate fishing boats (steering wheel, electric start and sonar) can be rented from the owner. Possibility for deer and small game hunting. The villa has wireless broadband connection (4G). Travel cot and highchair for a baby are available for an additional fee of 20 euros. Electric car charging from a Schuko socket, maximum charging power 2 kWh/h. Extra charge for pets, max. 2 pets. There is lean-to shelter in the area available to customers (marked on the map in the villa). The area's pond and ridge area with its paths, sledding hills and campfire sites can be freely used. On the opposite shore of the villa, approx. 400 meters away, is the Hyväsalmi road bridge.
