In this package, we offer you the so-called "intermittent fasting" with the 16/8 method – here, you don't count calories, but hours, and can still enjoy your favourite foods. With this intermittent fasting plan, you abstain from food for 16 hours and then have an 8-hour window to eat to your heart's content. Find your own rhythm and, for example, let your soul dangle during a hike in beautiful nature.

Studies suggest that intermittent fasting can improve metabolism, enhance memory performance, and increase the desire to move.
