LOCATION: This haven of serenity on the edge of a magnificent 5 kilometre-long beach on the Atlantic Ocean has nature, surfing and wellbeing at its heart! With its Hispano-Moorish architecture in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature, this eco-resort – the first in Morocco – is set in the heart of a sublime garden designed by the Spanish landscape architect Sergio Castañeda Beltrán, where local plants feature heavily. This hotel’s environmental commitment can be felt at all levels, in particular its local, fresh and organic culinary offering and its wellness services drawing on local products like argan oil and prickly pear seeds. Surfing and yoga are the main activities here. The hotel not only enjoys a superb location close to the best surf spots but also has its own Surf House bearing the stamp of the famous Australian brand Rip Curl – the result of a collaboration with the founder of the brand, François Payot. You can sign up to one of the surfing courses on offer, rent all your equipment on site and then head out to sea to discover the discipline from scratch or improve your skills. The hotel also invites you to take one of its private yoga classes in its ocean-facing yoga shala.
